Colin & crew at Cowes Week
- Always recognisable by the stripey shirt!
* My favourite memory of SB3 sailing is… after winning the last race at Dublin worlds, three ‘’youngsters’’ came up to us and said ‘’ you won? ‘’GREAT’’ they said – and turning to some mates they said ‘’ the old gits won – isn’t that great?’’
* My dream SB3 crew would be… Bridgett Bardot aged 30.
* My most embarrassing moment in the SB3 was when I… fell out of the boat trying to tie up at Largs nationals – huge cheers all round. Closely follwed by falling during a race at Dubai – but then of course I fell out at Weymouth.
* The best SB3 sailing location has to be… Cowes
* The event that I never miss in the SB3 calendar is… Cowes Week.
